Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Manage PPM Schedules
    • Ensure statutory compliance and efficient task grouping
  • Review Asset Data Integrity
    • Control changes and maintain accurate records
  • Manage Queries and Enforce Governance Rules
    • Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
  • Maintain Exact Maintenance Records and Asset Inventories
    • Ensure data accuracy and completeness
  • Analyse Data for Trends and Improvements
    • Ensure regulatory compliance and identify areas for improvement
  • Support Asset Data and Condition/Lifecycle Surveys
    • Conduct thorough surveys and provide recommendations
  • Help in Managing Risks Related to Maintenance and Compliance
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Concept CAFM System
    • Implement and utilize CAFM system for asset management
  • Implement and Monitor Change Control Processes

Requirements
  • Qualifications
    • Relevant degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, or a related field
    • Alternatively, a degree in Data Management, Business Administration, or a similar field with facilities management experience
  • Certifications
    • BIFM/IWFM qualifications
    • NVQ in Facilities Management or Building Maintenance
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Proficiency in using CMMS and CAFM systems
    • Strong data management and analytical skills
    • Understanding of PPM processes and maintenance best practices
    • Knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements related to facilities management and maintenance
    • Excellent organisational and planning skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
    • Experience in conducting audits and implementing safety protocols
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and data analysis
