About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at Courtyard by Marriott Edinburgh. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with the hospitality team to maintain high standards of service and quality.
  • Assist with the preparation and service of food and beverages, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maximize opportunities to sell and promote our services and products to guests.
  • Maintain high standards of Health and Safety and Food Safety, adhering to company policies and procedures.
