We are seeking a Reservations Manager for a prestigious 5 Star Hotel in Surrey. In this role, you will oversee the central reservation operations while optimizing revenue from both food & beverage and room bookings. The ideal candidate will possess a proven history of achieving sales objectives and will be adept at developing, mentoring, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the reservations and guest services departments
  • Assist with inquiries related to reservations
  • Recruit, train, and nurture the team
  • Meet and exceed all performance targets
  • Maximize revenue opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with guests, travel agencies, and corporate clients
  • Establish effective processes for handling customer complaints
  • Demonstrate leadership through example

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership capacity within room reservations
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with the luxury hospitality sector
  • Experience with Opera Cloud and Res Diary is preferred
  • Possess a proactive attitude and willingness to exceed expectations
  • Sales-oriented and target-driven
