Job Description:

VIQU Limited is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Specialist to assist in their business-wide IT Infrastructure upgrade. The successful candidate will have a strong background in configuring and implementing new AV equipment and software, including Yealink VC equipment and Microsoft Teams Rooms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement new AV equipment and software, including Yealink VC equipment and Microsoft Teams Rooms.
  • Work with the IT team to design and implement a scalable and secure IT infrastructure.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users on the use of AV equipment and software.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure the successful delivery of the IT Infrastructure upgrade.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of IT infrastructure configurations and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in configuring and implementing new AV equipment and software.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Teams Rooms.
  • Experience working with video conferencing tools such as Crestron, Poly, and Qsys.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and customer support skills.
