CGI Visualiser

We are seeking a highly skilled CGI Visualiser to join our Design team at Utopia, a leading real estate development business. As a CGI Visualiser, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D visualisations that showcase our signature hospitality projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with architectural and design teams to plan and visualise exterior and interior projects.
  • Develop and present design concept ideas based on client requirements.
  • Create bespoke materials and textures in 3D Max and Corona render.
  • Model or source 3D FF&E based on exterior and interior designers' selections.
  • Model bespoke furniture from given sketches or image references.
  • Provide fast sketch renders and previews for internal review.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architectural or Engineering.
  • Solid experience as a CGI Exterior Designer.
  • Experience as a CGI Interior Designer.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Nice to Have:
  • Structural or architectural engineer experience.
  • Experience in 3D-modelling.
  • Ability to work remotely.
  • High level of aesthetic.
  • Experience working in rendering firms.
