Business Development and Sales Director Roles

JA Visualisation, a leading architectural visualisation studio based in Chelsea, is seeking a dynamic Business Development and Sales Director to join their team. The studio works with residential and commercial property developers worldwide, creating state-of-the-art CGI virtual tours, marketing films, and more.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and contribute to the company's global ambitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a global network of referral partners to drive business growth
  • Prepare complex project quotations alongside the Head of CGI
  • Attend regular networking events, with international travel every few months
  • Meet with prospective clients and contacts via Teams and in person
  • Maintain accurate records of sales opportunities and approaches

Requirements:

  • A background in residential or commercial property, hospitality developments, architectural practice sales marketing, or Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 (Middle Eastern real estate market)
  • An established personal network of reliable business relationships within the market
  • The ability to successfully pitch for and win business
  • At least 10 years of sales and business development experience
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel 1 week every 3 months to grow the network overseas
