About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Renewals Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and processing policy renewals in a timely and accurate manner
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our policyholders, responding to their queries and concerns
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services
  • Working closely with our sales team to drive sales growth and achieve targets
