About Vantage Data Centers

Vantage is dedicated to fostering a workplace characterized by inclusion, equity, respect, and acceptance. We celebrate diversity and actively seek opportunities to learn from each other's experiences.

Vantage Data Centers powers, cools, protects, and connects the technology of the world's leading hyperscalers, cloud providers, and large enterprises. Operating across North America, EMEA, and Asia Pacific, Vantage has transformed data center design in innovative ways to achieve significant improvements in reliability, efficiency, and sustainability within adaptable environments that can scale in response to market demands.

Procurement Department

The Procurement team is responsible for managing the delivery of data centers from initial conception through to commissioning, collaborating closely with Sales, Operations, Development, and Engineering. The Construction team also partners with contractors to create a vertically integrated design and oversees these partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Unlike many companies where such roles are purely oversight, Vantage empowers its technical staff with the responsibility and authority to directly influence the process. This internal alignment allows for a focus on long-term operational sustainability alongside value engineering and cost metrics, ensuring that products align with corporate objectives. This approach enables each team member to make high-impact decisions that lead to significant results.

Position Overview

The Vice President of Procurement is tasked with leading all facets of the procurement processes and implementing enabling tools and procedures to ensure consistency across all regions. The VP will oversee a team of regional leaders and manage a total spend portfolio of approximately $5B, which is rapidly expanding. • Develop and track procurement metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and report status to the senior executive team.
