Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at one of our prestigious hotels. As a key member of the management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all hotel departments, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring seamless coordination between all departments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest inquiries or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Supervise and motivate departmental staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to maintain operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor security protocols and ensure the safety and well-being of guests and staff.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize service delivery and enhance the overall guest experience.
