Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the efficiency levels in Front Office and oversee the operation of all Front of House departments in the absence of the relevant HOD.
- Maximize every opportunity to increase revenue by upselling and interacting with guests at every opportunity.
- Liaise internally with all departments and externally with Hotel guests, designated service company personnel, and vendors.
Requirements
- Operational knowledge and demonstrated expertise of MARSHA, Opera, Excel, and Word.
- Relevant NVQ or professional qualifications.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with guests.
- Good level of written and spoken English and eligibility to work in the UK.
