We are pleased to present a remarkable opportunity within a distinguished Accountancy Firm for a Financial Operations Coordinator. This role is essential for supporting our financial team in various administrative and bookkeeping tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing purchase and sales invoices using accounting software
  • Reconciling accounts for both suppliers and customers
  • Managing and reconciling bank transactions
  • Assisting the accounts manager in organizing and maintaining client data
  • Preparing and submitting VAT returns
  • Compiling customer accounts and self-assessment tax returns
  • Reporting on assigned tasks to the accounts manager
  • Managing supplier invoices efficiently
  • Coordinating centralized document scanning and storage in the CRM
  • Collaborating with branches to meet their scanning needs
  • Handling files and overseeing their storage
  • Drafting correspondence for clients
  • Addressing inquiries via phone and in-person
  • Performing bookkeeping and various accounting duties
  • Organizing and scanning documentation
  • Conducting data entry tasks
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Carrying out additional tasks as directed by management

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent with a minimum of 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
