We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our award-winning Front of House team at the Roman Baths. As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage with visitors, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Manage visitor entry, sell tickets and guidebooks, and issue and collect audio guides
  • Patrol the site, ensuring the safety and security of our visitors
  • Give guided tours, sharing your knowledge and passion for history with our visitors
  • Provide excellent customer care and communication skills, responding to visitor queries and concerns

Requirements

  • A good general education, with a high standard of personal presentation
  • Excellent customer care and communication skills
  • Experience of operating tills and handling cash transactions
  • The ability to speak a foreign language would be an advantage
  • Experience of working in a visitor attraction or museum would be helpful
