Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop existing business relationships with key stakeholders, including intermediary partners and internal teams.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with key internal stakeholders, including Data & Pricing, Finance, Operations, and the Clinical Support Team.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Team to achieve business objectives and financial targets.
  • Utilize consultative and resourceful methods to enhance our offerings and benefit profitably in a competitive marketplace.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, account management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in managing relationships with intermediaries, MGA's, or brokers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and responsibility.
