About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive, Mid Market to join our team at Globe Business Media Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the mid-market segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and understand the needs and structures of SME and large prospective businesses to develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Utilize our database of over K subscribers to build relationships with key decision-makers and drive sales growth.
  • Negotiate and manage sales with global clients, ensuring a positive outcome for both parties.
  • Work closely with our Marketing and Content teams to provide valuable market and client feedback, shaping the future of our product.
  • Provide prospects with detailed proposals, product demonstrations, and consultations to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Accurately report internal administration, including CRM activity logs, sales pipeline forecasting, and monthly reports to management.
Requirements
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a highly professional telephone manner.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets, with a natural ability to hunt for new business opportunities.
  • Customer-focused and able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Experience of consultative selling to multiple stakeholders in target organizations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Highly motivated, target/KPI-driven, and able to influence others to achieve sales growth.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
