About the Role

As a key member of our FJN Solutions team, the SME Account Manager will play a vital role in driving business growth and developing strong relationships with intermediary partners.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding existing accounts, while also identifying new opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with intermediary partners, using consultative and resourceful methods to enhance our offerings and drive business growth.
  • Work closely with the Business Development Team and Head of SME to achieve business objectives and financial targets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Data & Pricing, Finance, Operations, and the Clinical Support Team, to ensure seamless communication and effective decision-making.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, using data and market insights to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in account management, preferably in the health insurance or healthcare solution provider industry.
  • Proven track record of managing relationships with intermediaries, MGA's, or brokers.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
