Job Summary

Pareto is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Leader to join our team. As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.


Main Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies for generating new leads and acquiring clients through various channels, including business networking events, industry events, and market research.
  • Account Management: Actively maintain established customer relationships to ensure satisfaction with our services and identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell our range of products.
  • Market Research: Investigate new business opportunities, trends, and directions within the SME telecoms sector, focusing on understanding customers' likely needs.
  • Negotiation and Deal Closure: Skillfully negotiate commitment and growth deals to secure long-term business and revenue growth, effectively closing deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Sales Structure Development: Design and implement a comprehensive internal sales framework, creating clear processes for the future team to follow.


Requirements:

  • Experience: You have experience selling to SME clients, building relationships, and developing a knowledge of their needs.
  • Interest in Technology: You have a keen interest in technology, with the ability to quickly grasp and leverage new solutions to benefit our clients.
  • Motivated and Self-Driven: You demonstrate a strong drive to achieve and surpass goals, with an internal drive to succeed.
  • Telecom or Technology Sector Experience: A background in the telecom or technology industries is highly desirable, providing a strong foundation for understanding product offerings and client needs.
