Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Agent to join our extraordinary front office team. As a Guest Experience Agent, you will be responsible for engaging with our guests from pre-arrival to post-departure, providing an unparalleled level of hospitality and ensuring a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and unexpressed wishes.
  • Coordinate bespoke services for select VIP guests, including pre-arrival and transfer arrangements, itinerary services, and post-departure assistance.
  • Work closely with our concierge team to take care of tickets, restaurant bookings, and other arrangements.
  • Assist guests with their queries and create an environment that delights, excites, and surprises them.
  • Be the go-to person for information about hotel services and the vibrant city of London.
Requirements
  • 1+ years' prior experience as a Front Desk Agent, Guest Relations, or Guest Services in a similar lifestyle hotel or large city centre hotel.
  • Proven background in a customer-facing role, ideally in a 'lifestyle' or boutique hotel or similar hospitality venue.
  • Flexibility with working hours, including shifts, evenings, nights, and weekends.
  • Exceptional administrative and organizational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience with Opera PMS is beneficial, but full training will be given.
  • Highly social, motivated, and proactive; professionalism and positivity in all interactions.
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a high-volume, high-energy environment.
