Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Supervisor for our O2 Outlet store on a 12-month contract. The ideal candidate will be available to work up to 40 hours per week, including weekdays and weekends. This role presents an excellent opportunity for individuals aspiring to take on key holding and management responsibilities.

Your Role

As a Supervisor, you will serve as a brand ambassador, committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your daily interactions with customers will be crucial in helping them discover the perfect products. You will play a vital role in supporting our Style Advisors, enhancing their knowledge and skills, while also assisting the Assistant Manager and/or the Manager with the operational aspects of running a successful store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome, assist, and engage customers to foster multiple sales while promoting our premium product range.
  • Collaborate with the in-store team to embody and communicate the TFG vision effectively.
  • Maintain a commercial mindset, ensuring accurate transaction handling and anticipating customer needs to enhance engagement.
  • Support all operational tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly, reinforcing our brand's reputation as a reliable shopping destination.
