About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director, Community Engagement to join our team at Cubitt House. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our guests and the local community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Community Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance our reputation as a friendly, neighborhood pub.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Provide strong leadership and management to our team, ensuring exceptional service and delivering unforgettable experiences to our guests.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to drive business growth and revenue through community engagement initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing and events teams to develop and execute community-focused events and promotions.
Requirements
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams.
  • Community Engagement Experience: Significant experience in community engagement, outreach, and development.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles and ability to drive revenue growth.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
