Quality Control Specialist

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Control Specialist to join our Mobility Solutions team at Allied Vehicles Group.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Diagnose and repair a range of mobility equipment, including scooters, powerchairs, wheelchairs, and other assistive devices.
- Undertake product servicing in line with manufacturers' guidelines to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Assess and test inbound used products to determine their condition and suitability for resale or repair.
- Document the condition of inbound used products and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
- Grade used products for resale, identifying those that require repair or should be stripped for parts due to their condition.
- Use specialized tools and software to ensure efficient and productive repair times.
- Communicate effectively with customers to discuss equipment/product issues and provide assistance over the phone.
**Requirements**
- General electrical/mechanical engineering knowledge and experience in electrical/mechanical product repairs and maintenance.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driving license is essential for this role.
