- Undertake product servicing in line with manufacturers' guidelines.
- Assess and test inbound used products to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Document the condition of inbound used products and grade them for resale.
- Identify products that require repair or should be stripped for parts due to their condition.
- Use manufacturer-provided tools and software to ensure efficient repair times.
- Communicate with customers to resolve equipment issues and provide assistance over the phone.
- General electrical and mechanical engineering knowledge.
- Experience in electrical and mechanical product repairs and maintenance.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
