Job Title: Director of Human Resources

Seven Search & Selection Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Director of Human Resources to join our team. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class employer brand experience across our luxury hospitality destinations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an effective people and culture strategy to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Lead a team of HR professionals to deliver recruitment, learning and development, employee engagement, and team satisfaction initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team to drive business strategy and ensure alignment with company vision.
  • Drive initiatives and projects that support business needs while enhancing retention and employee fulfillment.
  • Lead across all areas of HR, including employee relations, reward and recognition, talent acquisition, and succession planning.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a senior HR professional in a luxury retail or hospitality multi-site environment.
  • Strong knowledge and expertise of HR legislation, processes, and ways of working.
  • Excellent relationship building skills, with the ability to communicate and influence at board and owner level.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and excellent attention to detail, with experience in project and time management.
  • Culture-first approach, with a passion for growing a successful luxury hospitality brand.
