Customer Service Administrator / Order Processor

The Recruitment Co is seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator / Order Processor to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional contract support and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering emails and resolving customer and client queries
  • Problem solving for client, customer, and internal departments
  • Meeting customer and client expectations
  • Order processing and maintaining a high level of customer/client focus
  • Providing various reports for clients in a timely manner
  • ATP control for order releasing
  • Ensuring the completion and circulation of reports to relevant stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Passion for delivering an exceptional customer service experience
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good geographical knowledge
  • Order processing experience
  • Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • SAP experience beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
