IoT Solutions Product Manager (Technical) - HVAC Control Systems £60k base + bonus

Role Overview: This position is within a pioneering division focused on the integration of IoT technologies with HVAC systems and heat pumps.
Ideal Candidate: A technical professional with experience in the implementation and integration of IoT solutions within mechanical, electrical, and electronic frameworks, particularly in relation to HVAC systems and heat pumps.
Compensation Package: Competitive base salary of up to £60k, alongside a £10k performance bonus, vehicle allowance, comprehensive health benefits, dental coverage, pension plan, and access to sports and social clubs, with the option for flexible remote work arrangements.
Position ResponsibilitiesAs a key player in a globally recognized manufacturer of building service technologies, you will spearhead the development of a specialized IoT division targeting residential applications. Your role will involve shaping the product strategy for the UK market, leveraging substantial global R&D investments from a billion-pound enterprise. You will be tasked with maintaining market leadership through innovative product offerings and ensuring sustained competitive advantages.
Required QualificationsTo excel in this role, candidates must possess a solid background in technical product management, product solutions, or product applications, specifically within HVAC control systems. Experience with cutting-edge IoT technologies, Building Management Systems (BMS), and Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS) is essential, particularly in their application to mechanical and electrical specifications related to HVAC and heat pumps. A proven track record in managing product strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycle for IoT integration in national residential projects is crucial.
