We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Restaurant Manager to join our team at Blue Shock Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading our restaurant operations to deliver exceptional results and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Restaurant Culture and Operations: Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment that fosters excellence in hospitality, customer service, and team morale.
- Performance Management: Establish, direct, and review performance standards for food preparation, production, and beverage procedures to ensure effective and controlled results.
- Financial Management: Follow approved budgets and operate within established guidelines to ensure cost control, expense management, and profit maximization.
- Team Development and Leadership: Recruit, train, develop, and mentor current leaders and future managers to ensure a strong and capable team.
- Disciplinary Action and Performance Management: Directly oversee and follow up on all disciplinary action and performance management of team members.
- Restaurant Audits and Quality Control: Conduct frequent audits to ensure excellence in all areas and maintain high standards of quality and service.
- Training and Development: Oversee the development of management and crew to ensure training and guidance are provided to meet business needs.
- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and review local financial and operational weekly reporting to deliver and analyze financial results, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring practices meet or exceed yearly financial targets.
- Expense Management and Cost Containment: Monitor expenses to ensure effective cost-containment practices are in place and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Training and Evaluation: Evaluate training procedures to ensure all employees contribute to a high-level guest experience.
- Project Management and Sales Strategies: Project manage multiple programs and priorities, and coordinate and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Leadership Coaching: Coach leadership teams on restaurant execution and provide guidance on best practices.
