Job Title: Restaurant Operations ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our Leadership Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and enhancing a restaurant culture that drives excellence in every aspect of hospitality success.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective cleanliness and organization procedures throughout the operation.
- Establish and direct beverage procedures to ensure adequate accountability, quality, presentation, and service performance.
- Monitor and direct the recruitment, training, development, and mentoring of current leader potentials and existing managers.
- Conduct frequent audits to ensure excellence in all areas and handle guest-related complaints and comments.
- Oversee the development of the front-line crew to ensure training and guidance.
- Prepare and review financial and operational reports to ensure effective cost-containment practices and meet or exceed yearly financial targets.
- 3+ years of leadership experience in a full-service restaurant or bar.
- Proven leadership skills, with a desire to develop and motivate team members.
- Energetic and positive attitude, with strong patience and communication skills.
- Drive for continuous improvement and commitment to being inclusive and embracing diversity.
