Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading corporate firm in Aberdeen as a Legal Secretary. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to the senior partners and fee earners, ensuring the smooth operation of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide secretarial support to fee earners, including drafting letters, emails, and preparing documents.
  • Diary Management: Manage the diaries of senior partners and fee earners, ensuring timely meetings and appointments.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and proofread documents, including contracts and other legal documents.
  • Client Management: Update internal databases and ensure compliance with client records.
  • Meeting Coordination: Book rooms for meetings and ensure all necessary materials are prepared.
  • Process Management: Ensure all processes and procedures are adhered to, including invoicing and financial management.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably in a corporate firm.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in audio typing.
