Position Overview

We are currently seeking a proactive and driven Dispatch Manager to take on a pivotal role within our established and expanding organization, specifically within our Human Tissue Archiving Facility.

Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, the CellNass Dispatch Manager will oversee the management of our HTA Facility, providing the necessary support, leadership, and enthusiasm to ensure our operational team consistently meets archiving and retrieval accuracy standards.

This role, based at our central office, is crucial for promoting a culture of continuous improvement, effective practices, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance and maintain the CellNass HTA Facility to ensure satisfaction among customers and stakeholders through efficiency, precision, adaptability, dependability, and prompt recall times.
  • Lead and develop a competent CellNass team, introducing innovative processes to optimize facility operations.
  • Ensure timely execution of recalls, uplifts, and packaging for clients.
  • Guarantee adherence to CellNass process standards, procedures, and work instructions, with a focus on ongoing enhancement.
  • Support the professional growth of team members in alignment with their career aspirations and organizational growth.
  • Foster a robust Quality and Health and Safety culture.
  • Establish and implement relevant KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
  • Engage in the preparation and oversight of budgets and financial performance.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a comparable or relevant role.
  • A degree or equivalent relevant qualifications.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Familiarity with archiving processes and procedures is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in account management.
  • Understanding of HTA requirements is a plus.
