Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Dispatch Manager to become part of our established and rapidly expanding team within our Human Tissue Archiving Facility.

Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, the CellNass Dispatch Manager will oversee the efficient management of our archiving facility, providing the necessary support, leadership, and enthusiasm to guarantee that our operational team consistently meets archiving and retrieval accuracy standards.

This pivotal role, based at our main office, will focus on nurturing a culture of continuous improvement, effective practices, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance and maintain the CellNass HTA Facility to ensure stakeholder satisfaction through promptness, precision, adaptability, dependability, and efficient recall times.
  • Lead and develop a robust CellNass team, introducing innovative processes to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Ensure timely execution of recalls, uplifts, and packaging for clients.
  • Guarantee adherence to CellNass operational protocols, procedures, and work instructions, fostering ongoing improvements.
  • Support the professional growth of team members aligned with their career aspirations and organizational development.
  • Promote a strong culture of Quality and Health and Safety.
  • Establish and implement relevant KPIs to facilitate continuous enhancement.
  • Contribute to the preparation and oversight of budgets and financial outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a comparable or relevant role.
  • A degree or equivalent relevant qualifications.
  • Willingness to travel as required by the position.
  • Familiarity with archiving processes and procedures is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in account management.
  • Understanding of HTA requirements is advantageous.
