We are currently seeking a proactive and driven Dispatch Manager to take on a pivotal role within our expanding HTA Facility.
Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, the CellNass Dispatch Manager will oversee the efficient management of our Human Tissue Archiving Facility, providing the necessary support, leadership, and enthusiasm to ensure our operational team consistently meets archiving and retrieval accuracy.
This position, based at our main office, will be instrumental in cultivating a culture of continuous improvement, best practices, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance and manage the CellNass HTA Facility to guarantee customer and stakeholder satisfaction through efficiency, precision, adaptability, dependability, and timely recall.
- Lead and develop a robust CellNass team, introducing new procedures and ensuring optimal facility performance.
- Ensure timely execution of recalls, uplifts, and packaging for clients.
- Maintain adherence to CellNass process standards, procedures, and work instructions, with a focus on continuous enhancement.
- Support the professional growth of team members in alignment with their career aspirations and organizational growth.
- Foster a strong culture of Quality and Health and Safety.
- Establish and implement relevant KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the preparation and oversight of budgets and financial performance.

Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of 4 years in a similar or relevant role.
