Job Title: Care Home Manager

Location: Newton, Wales

Salary: Up to £45,500 per annum

Hours: Full-time

Job Summary:

Coben Healthcare is seeking an experienced and proficient individual to manage our established Residential Care Home in Newton. As Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, including staff management, care delivery to residents, training, and ensuring compliance with company and CQC policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and motivate staff to deliver high-quality care to residents
  2. Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home, including staff supervision and training
  3. Ensure compliance with company and CQC policies and procedures
  4. Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
  5. Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
  1. QCF/NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  2. Proven track record of successful home or deputy management
  3. Registration with CIW
  4. Ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff
