Deputy Home Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our management team at The Oaks Care Home as a Deputy Home Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your leadership skills in a luxurious and state-of-the-art nursing and residential home.

About the Role
  • Support the Clinical Lead Nurse and deputise for the Registered Manager in their absence
  • Offer supervision and training to Nurse, Senior Carer, and Care Assistant colleagues
  • Ensure a safe, caring, stimulating, and homely environment for residents and their visitors
  • Support with recruitment and retention, including interviewing
  • Work to operational and financial KPIs, including supporting the Home Manager with regular reporting

Requirements
  • Proven supervisory experience in a residential or nursing care setting
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Flexible approach to work and a keen interest in professional development
  • Good grasp of management reporting using basic Excel spreadsheets
  • Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care
