Accounts Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our busy finance team on an interim basis. As an integral part of our finance function, you will provide administrative support for a large number of accounts during our busiest period.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with processing daily banking transactions
  • Set up and manage customer accounts
  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable
  • Enter stock and non-stock invoices for payment in multiple currencies
  • Provide support and cover to the finance team as needed
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in IT, including Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and analysis
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
