Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Administrator. As the voice of Acis, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Answer customer calls, emails, and digital inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding their accounts and services
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Identify areas for improvement and contribute to process enhancements
- Good standard of education, with strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, dealing with customer inquiries via multiple channels
- Strong IT skills, with experience of using customer relationship management systems
- Customer-focused and experienced in resolving complaints
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and provide excellent customer service
