Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our finance team on an interim basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our finance function, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with processing daily banking transactions
  • Set up and maintain customer accounts
  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable
  • Provide support and cover to the finance team as needed
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial data entry and analysis

Requirements:

  • IT literacy, including proficiency in Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
