Contract Management Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Management Manager to join our team at 1st Executive. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day contract management activities, including contract administration for two suppliers of audit services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Contract Performance Monitoring: Actively monitor, analyze, and report on assigned suppliers' contractual performance, including KPIs, Method Statements, and compliance with our contract management framework and agreed procedures.
  2. Contract Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all contract management matters, including performance, supplier, and correspondence, in accordance with our contract management framework and agreed procedures.
  3. Supplier Liaison: Be the initial point of contact for all assigned suppliers for contract management matters.
  4. Supplier Tracking: Proactively track and follow-up supplier actions.
  5. Contract Management Systems: Actively support the development of our contract management systems and processes.
  6. Audit Division Collaboration: Work with the audit division in the evaluation of auditors' use of additional powers.
  7. Risk Management: Capture and manage risks, issues, and lessons learned, and contribute to our Contract Management group to enhance and support consistency of approach.
  8. Industry Developments: Monitor developments and emerging issues relating to the audit regime.
  9. Fee Variations: Maintain an awareness of fee variations submitted by assigned suppliers.
  10. Stakeholder Relationships: Establish and maintain effective, productive relationships with assigned suppliers and key stakeholders.
  11. Business Priorities: Work flexibly to meet changing business priorities, and deputize for the Chief Operating Officer & Deputy Chief Executive when required.
  12. Compliance: Comply with relevant legislation, regulations, and internal policies and procedures when carrying out the role.
