Job Title: Area Contract Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Area Contract Manager to join our team at Chequers Contract Services Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing our cleaning services across various locations in Greater London and the South/North of England.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with our clients, contractors, and staff to identify and respond to their needs.
  • Coordinate and administer records of holidays, sickness, timesheets, and recruitment.
  • Collate data for monthly reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant security guidelines.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive working relationship with our clients and staff.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
  • Pleasant telephone manner and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Flexible approach and ability to work independently.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency and organizational skills.
  • Valid Enhanced DBS certificate.
