Job Title: Area Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Director to join our team at SSR Contract & Technical. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations of our West London integrator, with a focus on streamlining processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the operations of our West London integrator, ensuring seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Liaise with existing clients to identify new business opportunities and quote for additional works.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Manage and develop a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the security industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Mentor (cash 4 Windows) and ability to quote for systems (CCTV, Access Control, Intruder) add-ons and small works.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
