Parts Sales Representative

About the Role:We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Parts Sales team. As a Parts Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to customers via phone, email, and in-person
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Work closely with the depot team to ensure customer expectations are met
- Process parts orders in line with company processes
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience in customer-facing roles within the vehicle parts industry
- Sales and target-driven
- Influencing others to buy additional parts
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels
- Numerical ability to work with part numbers
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- IT literate to work within company processes and systems
- Ability to work without supervision
- Team player
