About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Parts Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take calls from customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Prospect new sales opportunities and build relationships with existing customers
  • Process parts orders and quotes in a timely and accurate manner
  • Liaise with depot teams to ensure customer expectations are met
  • Discuss service and stock concerns with depot managers
Requirements
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Experience in customer-facing roles within the vehicle parts industry
  • Sales and target-driven with a strong influencing ability
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Numerical ability to work with part numbers
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • IT literate to work within company processes and systems
  • Ability to work without supervision and as part of a team
