Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring rent accounts
  • Conducting weekly check-ins

  • Developing support plans
  • Collaborating with multiple agencies
Requirements

Applicants must possess:

  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Business/commercial insurance for the vehicle
  • A valid Enhanced DBS (Adults)
  • Previous experience or knowledge of social/supported housing processes
