Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive assistance to our legal professionals, ensuring optimal operational efficiency.
  • Draft correspondence utilizing our case management software.
  • Engage with clients via telephone and face-to-face interactions.
  • Manage filing systems, including the daily organization and the opening, closing, storage, and retrieval of client files.
  • Prepare mail and accompanying documents for dispatch.
  • Oversee diary management tasks.
  • Coordinate the scanning and photocopying of documents.
  • Perform audio typing from dictated materials.
  • Execute additional duties and responsibilities as necessary.
  • Address routine client correspondence and inquiries.

To excel in this position, you should possess the following attributes, skills, and experience:

  • Demonstrated expertise and experience in residential conveyancing.
  • Ability to show initiative and conduct searches and identity verifications.
  • Exhibit high levels of speed and precision in your work.
  • Proficient audio typing skills from dictation.
  • Maintain a professional telephone demeanor and be comfortable interacting with clients in various settings.
  • Be exceptionally organized, methodical, and adaptable to changing circumstances.
