**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Subject to relevant qualification, experience, and supervision, your work will include:
  • Preparing and drafting documents, conducting research, providing client advice, and liaising with solicitors, conveyancers, and other third parties.
  • Undertaking debt and disbursement recovery, general file management, including filing, file opening, and archiving, correspondence, diary management, and fulfilling Anti-Money Laundering requirements.
  • Assisting in managing work flows for the allocated fee earner and taking and making telephone calls.
  • Preparing and submitting applications to the Land Registry via the Land Registry portal.
  • Preparing and submitting SDLT forms to HM Revenue & Customs electronically and having a working knowledge of the most common SDLT reliefs that can be claimed.
