Position: Recruitment Manager

Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 2 days per week in the office

Compensation: £45,000 - £52,500 plus OTE: +£22,500 - £30,000

Are you an energetic, sales-driven professional with expertise in recruitment and team leadership? Join our expanding Recruitment division, which is currently comprised of 10 members and is on a growth trajectory, generating revenue through contingent recruitment, Skills Bootcamps, and Apprenticeships.

Role Overview:

As a key member of our team, reporting directly to the Head of Recruitment, you will oversee the Recruitment Team, balancing your personal billing responsibilities with effective team leadership. Your primary focus will be on meeting financial and strategic objectives, fostering team development, and driving exceptional performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet Gross Profit targets for Permanent, Contract, Skills Bootcamps, and Apprenticeships.
  • Establish and achieve team goals.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract clients.
  • Enhance client acquisition and manage accounts effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to right-to-work regulations.
  • Inspire and coach your team, creating a high-performance culture.
  • Conduct daily briefings and prepare sales forecasts.
  • Recruit and retain top-performing Account Executives and Managers.
  • Maintain accurate and high-quality CRM data.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 2-3 years of experience in staffing and recruitment at a management level.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving targets as both a leader and a biller.
  • Experience in developing high-performing billers.
  • Exemplary levels of Pace, Passion, and Persuasion.
  • Professional, motivational, and solution-focused approach.

Performance Indicators:

  • Recruitment Gross Profit and Bootcamp Milestones.
  • Maintaining consistent revenue (contract and apprenticeships) above budget.
  • Personal monthly billing achievements.
