About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Group Protection team as a Consultant. This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of 1 day a week in our office, where you will work closely with colleagues, brokers, and customers to support the onboarding and maintenance of Group Protection policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the administration and maintenance of Group Protection policies to ensure we remain a top provider.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, brokers, and customers to resolve enquiries and issues efficiently.
  • Manage and organize your own work queue to ensure service levels are met and customers are informed of progress.
  • Consider the needs and circumstances of vulnerable customers and take additional steps to support them.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and administration skills, with a passion for supporting customers.
  • Confidence in using desktop or laptop software and experience in using MS Office.
  • Experience in using Excel is preferred.
