Human Resources Advisor Wanted

Location: Hamilton
Salary: DOE

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our team at Park's Motor Group. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and implementation of our HR strategies.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, and talent management. You will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our management teams, as well as developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our Group Human Resources Manager and Senior Human Resources Advisor to develop and implement HR strategies that support the achievement of our business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to our management teams on HR-related matters, including employee relations, recruitment, and talent management.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with our company values and objectives.
  • Collate, monitor, and develop all recruitment activity for the Group.
  • Support and advise our management teams on an ad-hoc basis to resolve employee relations issues and facilitate meetings.
  • Have a strong understanding of HR policies, practices, and employment legislation.
  • Be able to work autonomously to fast-paced challenging deadlines.
  • Be willing to travel throughout the UK.
  • Have obtained the appropriate CIPD qualification or acquired the relevant experience.
  • Reflect good IT skills with proficient knowledge of Microsoft office packages.
