Role Overview
At Priory Group, we are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our dedicated leadership team at Wigginton Cottage. This position is crucial for ensuring the effective operation of our care services. You will work closely with the Registered Manager, taking charge of significant aspects of service delivery and, in their absence, overseeing the entire operation, which includes managing, coordinating, and providing support to our residents.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of financial management, be adept at scheduling staff, and demonstrate strong leadership skills. Additionally, you will be expected to engage with both internal and external stakeholders as necessary.
