Our Agency

We plan and deliver an array of events for our established portfolio of clients, ranging from international incentives to global conferences and corporate celebrations. As an expert in our field, we strive to provide the perfect platform for our clients to host memorable events however large or small.

We manage all elements of the event from venue sourcing and delegate management for international events, through to app builds and full logistics for large scale conferences. We have longstanding partnerships with our trusted suppliers and transparency with our clients which help create an honest and open working environment.

We have lots of repeat and new business, the successful hire will get to travel across the world for events and FAM trips as well as gaining experience of all areas of event management.

The Role

We are now looking for an experienced Project Manager to work on all aspects of events from start to finish, whilst travelling to amazing destinations all around the world.

  1. Delivering and planning a broad range of events
  2. Taking client briefs and logistics into overseas trips
  3. Sourcing venues
  4. Creating detailed proposals
  5. Building strong client relationships
  6. Liaising and negotiating with suppliers
  7. Managing delegates
  8. Travelling internationally to continue event management onsite
  9. Managing and facilitating virtual events
  10. Managing and reconciling budgets

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in the events industry, ideally within an agency setting with a willingness to travel globally. You will have a natural ability to multitask across projects and be comfortable with meeting clients face to face and virtually.

The ideal candidate will have experience of managing events.

The ideal candidate will have strong conference delegate management experience, including comprehensive travel bookings and logistical arrangements, proficiency in using Cvent, and at least three years of hands-on experience in organizing and executing successful events.
