About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at Dorset Clinical Commissioning Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our digital infrastructure to support the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

As a Digital Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing electronic patient/service user record systems and other computer systems.
  • Working proactively and effectively with Primary Care and VCSE Sector to deliver high-quality healthcare services.
  • Providing technical support and guidance to members of the multi-disciplinary team.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in digital infrastructure and healthcare technology.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of working in a Band 6 role or equivalent clinical experience.
  • Knowledge of National and Local transformation work.
  • Ability to work effectively in a mental health setting.
  • Proven ability to work proactively and effectively with Primary Care and VCSE Sector.

Desirable Criteria

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Active involvement in local transformation work.
  • Management responsibilities in a health or social care setting.
