Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing and CRM Manager to join our team at our Head Office in Poole, Dorset. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our digital business through strategic planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy to drive traffic and engagement on our websites and social media channels.
  • Manage and optimize our performance marketing agency, setting targets and scrutinizing the performance of our paid channels.
  • Lead and report on SEO activities globally, exploiting long-term opportunities via onsite optimization and close collaboration with our PR team.
  • Identify and implement new and emerging digital revenue streams, such as TikTok shop, social commerce, and subscriptions.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of digital creative ads, from top-of-funnel YouTube to Meta re-targeting creatives.
  • Lead the running of our community-loyalty program, helping our fans create compelling user-generated content and working it back into outreach ads.
  • Conduct experiments to enrich our knowledge through data, such as email marketing creatives, PPC ad copy, or Instagram Reel creative.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in digital marketing acquisition and retention strategy.
  • Ability to influence and drive the digital agenda across design, content, marketing, and sales functions.
  • Expert knowledge of consumer CRM and email marketing strategies, including automations or flows.
  • Experience managing external agencies and tools of the trade, such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Dot Digital, flows, automations, and Google marketing tools.
  • Digital leadership experience from strategy to people.
